*** To get the best result, please use the right wax for silicone molds.
*** No wick holes, you can poke a wick with a wicking needle or bamboo skewer.
*** Warming up the mold with heat gun before pouring can give you a better appearance.
*** tips to make smooth candles: heat up the inside of the mold very well ( heat up the sides that are not against each other) ; pour very slow & steady around 175F ( beeswax)
Each cavity measures about 2” deep, 1 3/4” wide, a finished candle is about 2.4 ozs.
Great for making pure beeswax votives if you don't like metal molds, beeswax tends to stick to metal and hard to get out, this silicone mold is definitely your time saver, no release agent is needed.
