A finished candle is over 10” long, about 1.25” wide, weighs about 2.4 ozs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*** The candle mold requires a taper mold holder for support, we have mold holders available for purchase or you may use a diy holder of your own.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*** The matching holder mold was designed exactly for the candle, it comes with split for easy release as well. you can pour in concrete to make your own holder for the candle. it’s designed with holly leaves on both sides and two bees on top.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*** Important note from Jun, please read before buying:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have a few more braided candle mold designs available. I originally created these designs by hand—starting with long, skinny tapers made from my taper mold, then braiding them to achieve the shape before making the molds. It’s a beautiful process, but it’s also time-intensive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI know many candle makers don’t have the equipment—like taper molds or a taper dipper—to easily create long, narrow tapers, and don’t have the time to braid them by hand. You can choose how many wicks to use ( 2 or more wicks are required for havdalah candles ), decide on the best wicking for your wax and desired burn, and move away from the typical “bonfire” burn of many traditional havdalah candles.
